At work, at home and in their communities, women are multi-tasking superheroes: champions, caretakers, celebrators, and creatives. We often put others first, and particularly during these challenging times, it’s important to look within, connect with our sisterhood, and find new ways of taking care of ourselves.

We bring together a diverse group of women leaders to inspire, enliven and encourage joy, wellness and balance through stories of their personal journeys and practices.
We’ll be exploring:
  • Strategies for staying engaged and well at work

  • Honoring choice making to allow women to be fully present to the various phases and commitments in their lives

  • Being a contribution to our workplaces, families and communities, while minimizing burnout

  • Simple ways to add more ease and joy to your life, even during difficult times
